Customer Responsibility for Delivery
Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the Products ordered. This includes ensuring that:
- The Products ordered will pass freely into your room of choice
- They fit in that room
- The furniture can be transported through the door of your property, stairs, and doorways
- There are no other issues that could make delivery more complicated or impossible
We are not responsible for delivery complications or refusal to deliver if items cannot be safely transported into your property due to space, access, or sizing constraints. If you are unsure about dimensions or access, please contact us at sales@themaplemanor.co.uk before ordering.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACTS
All orders for Products are subject to the availability of those Products and the materials for making the Products. Orders placed on our website are offers to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept your order, process your payment, and send confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any payment received.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which reflects your statutory rights, including the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY AND RISK
We will dispatch your order as soon as reasonably possible. Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays.
Risk and ownership of the Products will pass to you once the items have been delivered to your address and you have taken possession. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

SECTION 6 – CONSUMER RIGHTS AND CANCELLATION
You have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless the items are bespoke, made-to-order, or perishable. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within the cooling-off period, and return the item as directed per our Refund Policy.
Defective goods are fully covered by UK law — you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, and claim repair/replacement up to 6 months (and in some cases, up to 6 years). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding and trademarks on the Services are owned by Maple Manor and may not be used, copied or reproduced without permission.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL THIRD PARTY TOOLS
Third party tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Use is at your own risk, and subject to the third party's own terms.
