Refund policy
At Maple Manor, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you receive furniture that exceeds your expectations. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece in our collection. In the unlikely event our items are received with damage please follow the instructions below.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, though courier or collection fees may apply.
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty or damaged you won’t be charged for the return/collection. Submit a request to our team at returns@themaplemanor.co.uk. Please include pictures of any damage (including packaging) and your order number. We recommend reporting damage within 24 hours, though we will consider all claims reported within a reasonable period.
If you choose to return the item because you've changed your mind you'll be required to pay the returns costs stated below.
You will be refunded the part of your order you wish to return, including what you paid for your delivery, minus the returns or collections fee. Returns and collections fee will be based off rates with our courier partners.
EXCEPTIONS
Specialist orders, including made to order and bespoke items may not qualify for returns.
REFUNDS
We will refund your order within 14 days of confirming receipt of the returned item. We can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
